PiGs Organisers
Without Balls2 Marketing, PiGs simply wouldn’t happen. There’s a huge amount of work behind the scenes with event organisation, regular emails to sponsors and attendees, as well as keeping all the social media up to date.

Fortunately, the team at Balls2 Marketing is an expert marketing agency. As a full-service agency, they know the importance of running successful events – and all the backroom work that goes behind them. Balls2 Marketing takes great care of PiGs and makes sure that everything runs smoothly.
Both Balls2 Marketing directors, Andy and Sarah Ball have years of experience within the glazing sector. Before they set up the successful agency in 2010, they worked for some of the biggest names in the industry including Edgetech and Synseal.
Today the agency offers a comprehensive list of services. And while its roots are in glazing and construction, they work with B2B and B2C companies across a number of sectors. As well as events, Balls2 Marketing offers marketing strategy, public relations, digital marketing, email marketing, design and print.
The award-winning agency is based in the City of Derby and employs 14 people. We are very happy to be part of the Derby community and our connection to the home of manufacturing is important to us. In fact, Derby was home to the very first factory in the works – now the Museum of Making – and even today Derby is home to some of the biggest names in engineering including Rolls Royce, Toyota and Bombardier – or as we like to say Trains, Planes and Automobiles!
“We love the glazing industry and we could see a place for regular networking events that we’re completely open to anyone working in the industry. We wanted it to be easy to sponsor – easy to attend – and easy to get the information about upcoming events.
“We are a sociable industry, and at the events you’ll always find someone to talk to. A lot of business gets done too – but normally after people have cemented the relationships at these, and other, industry events.
“That’s why we send out regular emails about upcoming events, and run the social accounts on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. We also have some amazing relationships with the magazines who publish the announcements and roundups for our events.
“Although it says I’m the PiGs organiser, I definitely don’t do it alone! The team at Balls2 Marketing get involved – I couldn’t do it without them. Everything Balls2 Marketing does for the PiGs events, is done free of charge. It’s our way to show support for the industry, and any monies coming in from sponsors goes behind the bar – either for food or drink!”
